Condolences

Our Sincere Condolences: 

The following message may be relevant to all who knew him, but if you did not all I can say that he was an Odd Fellow from the old school.

On Wednesday 6/20/17 Sidney Smith passed away@ 11:00am.

Sid was very active in Menorah Lodge and evolved into Combine after all their mergers. In time with the loss of their key members, they merged into Borough Park Lodge.

Sid joined the Fraternally in 1952 and worked through the chairs and became a District Deputy Grand Master. Sid was my mentor & helped me in my positions in BPL. He was a great critic of things which annoyed him and minced no words to let you know. Today there are too few Sid Smiths in our Order to keep us on track in FL&T.

Sid was buried on Monday, June 26, in New Montefiore Cemetery.
